Martha Fox
Chief Compliance Officer
Martha joined Iridian in October 2022 and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. In addition, she is also a Senior Consultant with FiSolve, which provides external compliance, operational and legal services to firms in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Iridian, she was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon heading up the Compliance Support Services and Regulatory Filings Groups supporting client needs. Martha has also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for several mutual fund companies and broker-dealers under the Columbia Management umbrella when it was part of FleetBoston Financial. Martha has a BA from Northeastern University in Political Science/Public Administration, and she holds an MBA from Suffolk University.
