Sturgis P. Woodberry, CFA
Sturgis joined Iridian in 2003 and is responsible for the management of Mid-Cap Value Equity portfolios and the Iridian Charter Fund, LP. Previously, Sturgis worked as a portfolio manager and research analyst with Oppenheimer Capital. He also worked as a mergers and acquisitions associate with Dillon, Read & Co., as well as an associate with Citicorp Securities Markets, Inc. Sturgis holds an AB in History from Dartmouth College (1989) and an MBA from Harvard (1994). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (1997).
Todd joined Iridian in 2011 and is responsible for the management of Mid-Cap Value Equity portfolios. Todd is also responsible for coordinating and supervising various aspects of the investment team. Previously, Todd worked seven years as a director in the equity research department of Deutsche Bank, and prior to that as a director in equity research for Credit Suisse First Boston and ING Baring Furman Selz. In addition, he served as an equity analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston, he worked in sales for Semiconductor Packaging Materials, and as a reasearch associate with Strategic Planning Associates. Todd holds a BA in Economics from Brown University (1990) and an MSM from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management (1995).
